Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Career Fair Manager
Immediate position open for project management to develop five Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Career Fairs beginning in June and going through September 2008. PSI (www.psijobfair.com), the nation’s leading Diversity Job Fair producer, is seeking a hard working, enthusiastic and organized individual who can provide sales and relationship building expertise to Foodservice and Hospitality clients interested in participating in Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Career Fairs. Three of the five career fairs are hosted with major restaurant associations in Houston with the Texas Restaurant Association, in Los Angeles with the California Restaurant Association and in Orlando with the Florida Restaurant Association Other events include a Multicultural Foodservice Pavilion at the NAACP National Convention in Cincinnati and at the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance (www.mfha.net) National Conference in Chicago. Candidate must have strong sales background, good management and team building skills, a keen interest in foodservice and hospitality, ability to multi-task and highly detail oriented. Responsibilities include: strong sales, leadership, and alliance building in diverse communities. PSI office located in Ridgedale area.
